In this episode of Meet Me At the Tzomet (the Intersection) Rabbi Arnie Samlan, of Jewish Connectivity talks about the need to “Count Your Blessings” and the need to be an optimist.
In Jewish tradition, the idea of reciting a blessing is an enouragement to stop our busy lives and to appreciate everything that is around us. The rabbis of old said that we should all make sure to make 100 blessings each day. What do you do to appreciate the world around you?
